A job half-finished is a job unfinished. It's best to try not to keep many unfinished circles in one's life. I'm really pleased with how this one turned out. A slew of tiny glass beads mixed into the paint give it a really unusual, chunky texture. It's very likely the most texture-intensive painting that I've produced since 2011's "Andersonville." Despite what some have thought, it's not a painting of a sperm cell. :) When I first started painting it, I envisioned a comet swirling in a tight circular path, not quite able to reach its own tail. Thoughts?
