From a conversation last night with my old friend Kevin ("Wink"):

"The past is a good thing to keep in its place, man... today is a new day to rock.  And the more of these that go by without the rockin' part... the more chances regret can come in, man!"

"Enjoy the boy*... get a bike and go for a ride, man... the world is much better when you're moving through it under your own power!"

Stuff like that makes Kevin one of the most awesome people I know.
