"Enjoy
the Silence." "Strangelove." "Personal
Jesus." "Behind the Wheel." "Just
Can't Get Enough." "Policy of Truth."
"People Are People." "World in My Eyes."
The list of songs that you probably recognize from Depeche
Mode could go on and on.
Well,
if you love the music of Depeche Mode, you don't want to miss
MODENIGHT - a special one-night party being
held at Lot No. 6 (1323 E 6th Street, just barely east of
Peoria). For a dirt-cheap $5.00 cover, you'll get to
hear an entire night of Depeche Mode and related projects,
including not only the hits that you know and love, but also
remixes, rarities, B-sides, and side projects.
In
celebration of the new Depeche Mode album Spirit,
Tulsa's premier mobile DJ company, BRAVO
Pro DJ, is presenting an entire evening featuring
strictly the following:
- Depeche
Mode.
- Any
Dave Gahan solo/side projects.
- Any
Martin Gore solo/side projects.
- Recoil
(Alan Wilder).
This
is not a standard Tulsa alternative retro night.
As much as we love the Cure, Book of Love, New Order, Siouxsie
and the Banshees, Sisters of Mercy, etc... this is strictly
a Depeche Mode-focused DJ party, and those artists will not
be featured.
